Reduced fees will be calculated according to a sliding scale which takes into account the number of individuals supported and amount of income from all sources (including employment income, self-employed earnings, employment insurance, worker's compensation pensions, social assistance, commissions, child tax benefits, rental income, etc.).

Payment Policy
A retainer is required before commencing work
on your behalf, which is paid into trust. We then draw cheques on
the retainer to pay out-of-pocket expenses made on your behalf and
our fees.
In litigation any outstanding account and the estimated fee for the
appearance must be paid prior to the court appearance.
